1) RETURNS

OUR EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY

Returns are always accepted when the part is in perfect condition, with its original packaging and no more than 15 days have passed since the date of purchase.

The full refund will be made in the same way that the payment was made within 14 days of receiving the product.

Returns must be sent to our address under the responsibility and responsibility of the buyer, attaching the purchase receipt.

To justify your return, we recommend that you always keep the receipt of the courier service as proof of delivery of your packaging.

In the case of articles with manufacturing defects, Concreto will replace the article with a new one with the same characteristics.

Returns of personalized items are not accepted.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once we have received and processed your return, we will send you the appropriate refund.

Generally, refunds are processed within a maximum of 5 days from the receipt of your packaging and in an email addressed to you we inform you about the respective receipt and process.

Upon receipt of the email, within 5 to 10 business days, the refund will be credited to your account.

The time spent in the process will depend on your bank or your card issuer.

You will receive your refund in the same original payment method you used when you made your purchase.

If we are unable to credit the refund to your credit card, we will contact you to find an alternative refund method for your order.

MY RETURN HAS BEEN PROCESSED, BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE REFUND OF THE SHIPPING COSTS.

We're sorry, but the shipping charges you initially incurred are non-refundable.

However, if we sent you an item by mistake or defect, we guarantee a refund of your shipping charges.

I RECEIVED A REFUND ON AN INCORRECT AMOUNT

Please contact the Customer Service team and tell us your order number and the requested refund amount.

Note:

Shipping costs are not refundable, so the total value of returned items is refunded, except shipping costs.

Did CONCRETO RECEIVE THE ITEMS I RETURNED?

As soon as our warehouse has processed your return, you will be informed by email.

We typically process refunds within 5 business days.

In the unlikely event that you will not receive an email within the next 20 days after collecting your packaging, please contact the Customer Service team so that we can carry out the timely surveys.

2) EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS

If the customer is not satisfied, TRICOTHIUS Lda. Exchanges an article for another of identical value, of different size or refund of the amount.

If you want to exchange for a product equal to the one previously purchased, but in a different color, you must request a refund of the product previously purchased and then make a new purchase of the item in the desired color.
